Holding the tape horizontally measure under your armpits with your arms relaxed at sides, around the fullest part of your chest.
2.WAIST
Holding the tape horizontally measure around your natural waistline above your belly button, keeping the tape a bit loose.
3.HIPS
Holding the tape horizontally measure around the largest part of your hips while keeping the feet close together.
4.THIGH CIRCUMFERENCE
Wrap a measuring tape around the thickest part of your thigh, keeping it snug but not tight. Measure both thighs and take the biggest number.

This is beautifully made but thick material. It says to wear for warmer weather and I wore it for a 90 degree F night ride in Dallas and was overheating. The lines on it are very flattering. It’s a little short on my 6’0” tall frame.

I usually wear a small, but I sized up due to my wide shoulders and larger arms. The medium fits perfectly. Looking forward to warmer weather to wear this outside! The color is exactly what I wanted. Couldn't be happier.
