1.CHEST
Holding the tape horizontally measure under your armpits with your arms relaxed at sides, around the fullest part of your chest.
2.WAIST
Holding the tape horizontally measure around your natural waistline above your belly button, keeping the tape a bit loose.
3.HIPS
Holding the tape horizontally measure around the largest part of your hips while keeping the feet close together.
4.THIGH CIRCUMFERENCE
Wrap a measuring tape around the thickest part of your thigh, keeping it snug but not tight. Measure both thighs and take the biggest number.

I now have bought 4 pairs of these . When you train a lot ( 15 hrs a week ) your under region really needs serious care . The fit & shaping of these suit me perfectly & I enjoyed the colors . Shorts make such sense for quick toilet stops & very few manufacturers make them in high quality & nice colors . I’ve worn lots of other brands but I’m so pleased I found these .
One thing I’d love : a bit longer in the leg . They are a bit short esp for racing & aero considerations. 10/10

Bought these and the bibs, both of which I love. In error I wrote about these for my bib review! I love the bibs - super comfortable for 80k on first wear, very easy to pee as well! Love the colour, really great pad, not to bulky but great protection. Same applies for these shorts, just tend to prefer bibs for longer rides (personal preference) - this were great for a local ride or turbo but can't see any reason why they wouldn't be great for a long ride if that's what you prefer. :-)

Love love love. I thought I ordered a US size Small, turns out I ordered EUR size Small. I was worried they would not fit...lo and behold, they're a dream! The fit is great, they have a nice compression feel without being restrictive. Fantastic chamois. The length is a little shorter than my Café bibs and other shorts which is nice. The waistband is high. The only complaint is the stitching on the waist and on the right side is a little irritating. Great color, too!
