Our design center is based in Paris, France, while our branding center is located in the United States. We aim to provide an exquisite and dynamic lifestyle for active women all around the world.At Jelenew, we believe that sports are an interaction of curves, and the unique curvilinear structure of sportswear is the key to unlocking women's full athletic potential. Di Liu, a former core member of the renowned Chanel Couture team and Chief Product Co-Creation Officer, Marion Clignet, six-time world champion and two-time Olympic medalist are at the helm of Jelenew’s creative direction, alongside a team of skilled female designers, female athletes, sports enthusiasts, and leading experts in sports performance and science. This collaboration takes place within our France-America-based Jelenew Lab, where we continuously deliver trailblazing innovations and top-notch products with a globalized perspective.Utilizing French haute couture moulage cutting technology and drawing inspiration from the curves of the female body, we have developed our proprietary protective technology: CurveTec™. This cutting-edge technology combines strength and agility in women's activewear, infused with draped tailoring and form fitting design supporting key muscle groups, especially during the active motion of pedaling. It is a protective curved design system, providing complete body support that adapts to the female silhouette as you go through sports motion. The curved lines that wrap your body with firmness and comfort, enhance your ergonomics and performance, just like A Perfect Hug.Jelenew aspires to create a timeless series that delves into the boundless possibilities of functionality and style. In 2022, 2X WNBA Champion, 8X WNBA All Star, 4X Olympic gold medalist, Hall of Famer, and one of the best female athletes of all time, Lisa Leslie joined Jelenew as the Chief Brand Strategy Officer and equity partner. As an embodiment of women empowerment and inspiration and a chief executive of Jelenew, Lisa will work with the brand to further our mission to promote and develop women’s cycling around the world and to encourage women everywhere to be their most authentic, adventurous and confident selves.


Jelenew’s creative director Di Liu served as a core member on the world-renowned fashion house Chanel’s Haute Couture team . Graduated at a young age from Ecole Superieure des Arts et Techniques de la Mode or ESMOD, one of the best fashion design schools in the world, Di studied advanced garment customization and luxury management. In 2016, he joined the core design team of the storied French fashion house Chanel, where he was credited for his achievements in 3D tailoring, fabric reconstruction, and fashion trend analysis. Di has brought the high fashion couture aesthetic, tailoring, quality, innovation, technology, and the extreme attention to details to our product at Jelenew.
Marion Clignet is a professional track cyclist who has won multiple world and European championships. She represented France in several Summer Olympics, and won a silver medal at the 1996 Atlanta Olympics, which made her a pride of the French cycling team. Besides her sports achievements, she is also passionate about public welfare and established the "Epilepsy Charity Foundation" to actively promote and support the fight against epilepsy.


JELENEW incorporates advanced drape tailoring techniques combined with scientific insights into female anatomy, aims to target a wide range of needs of women in sports. We actively invite athletes and women from different fields to establish an authentic feedback and development loop and to co-create the truly well-designed products that women really want and need.
JELENEW's design director, Liu Di has an extensive background in CHANEL haute couture team, and the chief brand co-creation officer, Marion Clignet, is a renowned gold medalist at multiple women's cycling world championships and Olympics. Together they work with female athletes, sports enthusiasts , leading experts in sports science, apparel engineering, and other industries to create top-notch products with a globalized perspective, continuously to deliver trailblazing innovations within our France-America-based Jelenew Lab.

Jelenew and Stéphane Rolland embark on a new future in sports and high-end fashion with a co-branded collection. Stéphane Rolland, a French haute couture house founded by one of the 18 haute couture designers nominated by the Chambre Syndicale de la Haute Couture as "Grand Couturier," brings his signature modern art style together with Jelenew's advanced CurveTec™ sportswear technology for the first time. The result is cutting-edge, performance-oriented cycling sportswear for women of the future who lead a modern and dynamic lifestyle. Jelenew and Stéphane Rolland continuously push boundaries with an open mind, applying new techniques and creative art styles to sportswear, bringing fresh inspiration to the high-performance sportswear industry.

Additionally, we are dedicated to supporting women athletes in achieving their best, both through technical apparel and equipment, as well as fundraising and publicity efforts. We believe in celebrating the achievements of women athletes and equipping them with the recognition and resources they deserve.Our commitment to building a better world extends beyond just funding and support. Jelenew actively engages in community events and campaigns, working closely with organizations that prioritize human care and women's well-being such as Women of the World in Utah and Dream Big! in Boston. We believe that through strong community building, women's sports can foster unity, equity, and other positive values. We are passionate about sharing, educating, and caring for our community, as we strive to create a more inclusive and empowering environment for all women in sports.


Jelenew collaborates with the international nonprofit organization amfAR to support global AIDS research during the 75th Cannes Film Festival. Jelenew is the first and only sports brand to sponsor amfAR. At the closing ceremony of the 75th Cannes Film Festival, Kat Graham walked the red carpet wearing Jelenew x Stéphane Rolland cycling pants-dress. The unique look created by Jelenew and haute couture master Stéphane Rolland for amfAR was auctioned, along with other luxury brands, to raise funds for the global fight against AIDS at the amfAR GALA CANNES.


Jelenew has been recognized as the official women’s apparel partner for the Pan Mass Challenge (PMC) Winter Cycle at Fenway Park in Boston, which is a part of the nation’s single most successful athletic fundraiser for the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.


During the 2023 NBA All Star Weekend in Utah, Jelenew hosted a fundraising charity ride benefiting Women of the World Foundation, a non-profit organization in Utah that is committed to empowering women from all nations and providing support and assistance to women who are displaced.
Textile overproduction has become an undeniable problem in today's fashion industry. At Jelenew, we are committed to finding and using recyclable and recycled materials to reduce waste and the burden on the planet caused by fashion. We specifically select high-quality sustainable fabrics and accessories, such as recycled polyester, recyclable fibers, organic cotton, and more. Jelenew's jersey and bibs are made of polyester and nylon chemical fiber, which are 100% recyclable materials. Our eco-bag collection is made of Texon Vogue eco-kraft paper, Tyvek® high-density polyethylene fiber (HDPE), and other washable, recyclable paper materials. We work with Bluesign and OEKO-TEX-certified suppliers to form a close and sustainable community that reduces harm to the environment in the long run, and 95% of our fabrics are Bluesign or OEKO-TEX certified. We continuously invest in research and development to develop and promote new sustainable fabrics and accessories.
Overpackaging puts a huge strain on the environment, and at Jelenew, we believe in using biodegradable materials and a recyclable design approach to alleviate the burden caused by product packaging and promote environmental awareness. We carefully select renewable, recyclable, and biodegradable packaging materials, such as paper and biodegradable plastics. In the future, all of our packaging materials will be FSC certified. We optimize packaging design to reduce material usage and waste without compromising product protection and safety. We are dedicated to promoting sustainable packaging, and all Jelenew packaging is reusable. We encourage consumers to recycle or reuse our packaging materials.
