We provide the best quality product and the best service for our fellow cyclists and women with an active lifestyle. If your kit gets damaged during your ride, we are happy to offer our Crash Replacement service as a small, but efficient compensation to repair or replace your kit.

30-day Free Exchange (Jelenew members enjoy 40 days free exchange)

If your kit gets damaged within 30 days (Jelenew members enjoy 40 days free exchange) of purchasing the product we will repair or replace the item free of charge if it is damaged during a crash. Provide us with the requested information and email us at crashreplacement@jelenew.com with photo(s) of the damaged kit and proof of purchase. We will then contact you regarding your free replacement product.

2-year Quality Guarantee

If your kit gets damaged within two years of purchasing the product, we will give you a prompt of 50% off on your replacement kit. Provide us with the requested information and email us at crashreplacement@jelenew.com with photo(s) of the damaged kit and proof of purchase. Should your damaged kit be out of stock, the discount will be given on the most recent and available item in the current collection.

What's Not Covered

If it's ripped, wrecked or needs patching - we got you. But if it is fair wear and tear or deliberate damage such as smaller marks and scrapes or intentional cuts and slashes don't fall under our Crash Replacement Policy.
