Holding the tape horizontally measure under your armpits with your arms relaxed at sides, around the fullest part of your chest.

2.WAIST

Holding the tape horizontally measure around your natural waistline above your belly button, keeping the tape a bit loose.

3.HIPS

Holding the tape horizontally measure around the largest part of your hips while keeping the feet close together.

4.THIGH CIRCUMFERENCE

Wrap a measuring tape around the thickest part of your thigh, keeping it snug but not tight. Measure both thighs and take the biggest number.

Une couche de base excellente. Le tissu brossé est agéable sur la peau, et assez chaud pour être porté lors du cyclisme en automne et en hiver. Il est aussi très respirant et sèche rapidement, donc je ne suis pas tout en sueur. Je vais acheter une plus pour ma soeur cycliste comme un cadeau d'anniversaire.
