Holding the tape horizontally measure under your armpits with your arms relaxed at sides, around the fullest part of your chest.
2.WAIST
Holding the tape horizontally measure around your natural waistline above your belly button, keeping the tape a bit loose.
3.HIPS
Holding the tape horizontally measure around the largest part of your hips while keeping the feet close together.
4.THIGH CIRCUMFERENCE
Wrap a measuring tape around the thickest part of your thigh, keeping it snug but not tight. Measure both thighs and take the biggest number.

This jersey is really beautifully made, I love the vents on the side, and I felt as if I was barely wearing anything. The drawback for me, as a full-busted rider, is that there is an excess of material in the upper chest, and the zipper pokes out in an odd place below my bust. It's a pretty unflattering look. That said, I do understand that this is "professional" fit. If you order this jersey, be aware that it will look better on smaller-chested women.
