2.WAIST
Holding the tape horizontally measure around your natural waistline above your belly button, keeping the tape a bit loose.
3.HIPS
Holding the tape horizontally measure around the largest part of your hips while keeping the feet close together.
4.THIGH CIRCUMFERENCE
Wrap a measuring tape around the thickest part of your thigh, keeping it snug but not tight. Measure both thighs and take the biggest number.

This immediately became my favorite jersey; after just one wear I ordered a second one. It's the best wicking heavy or thermal jersey I've worn. It keeps me warm and dry on rides with both tempo efforts and windy, fast descents. I love this. Wish it came in more visible colors.
