How to Earn Rewards

1. Shopping Rewards

Earn 2 Rewards for every $100 spent
  • Orders below $100 are not eligible for Rewards
  • Rewards are calculated based on the final paid amount after discounts

2. JWCC Rides

Earn 5 Rewards for each JWCC activity
  • Rewards are credited after participation is verified

3. Refer a Friend

Earn 10 Rewards for every successful referral
  • Rewards are added to your account after your friend completes their first order successfully

How to Use Rewards

  • Rewards can be applied directly at checkout
  • Rewards can be combined with discount codes and promotions
  • Rewards can cover up to 30% of the total order value per order
  • The maximum redeemable amount is calculated at checkout and needs to be used.

Rewards Usage Restrictions

Important Rules

  • During major promotional events and sale periods (including Black Friday campaigns), Rewards can still be earned but cannot be redeemed at checkout
  • Rewards can only be used as order payment deductions and cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded to your account

Returns, Exchanges & Rewards Deduction

Rewards Deduction Policy

For orders paid partially or fully with Rewards:
  • A non-refundable 5 Rewards handling deduction will apply to all returns or exchanges
  • If your account balance is lower than 5 Rewards, your remaining Rewards balance will be reset to zero
  • Used Rewards will not be restored after returns, exchanges, or cancellations
  • Rewards used in completed orders are considered consumed once redeemed

Rewards Transfer

Transfer Rewards to Friends

Rewards can be transferred between accounts.
  • Transferred Rewards require confirmation by the receiving user within 7 days
  • During the confirmation period, transferred Rewards will remain frozen and cannot be used or transferred again
  • Once confirmed, the Rewards will be successfully credited to the recipient’s account
  • If the recipient does not confirm within 7 days, the Rewards will automatically return to the original account

Additional Notes

  • Rewards usage may be limited per order depending on promotion rules
  • Rewards cannot be reused once redeemed
  • JELENEW reserves the right to modify or update the Rewards Program at any time without prior notice
